The Food Systems Professions Education (FSPE) Initiative was created to promote significant, positive change in university-based education. This initiative was originally based out of the colleges of agriculture, but as the various projects took shape, this initiative spilled over into other disciplines as well.

These project videos highlight the diversity of projects nurtured under the FSPE program and provide a model of engagement and collaboration for other schools looking to expand their community outreach.
