Workshop 4 Objectives:

1. To create a safe workshop environment where optimal learning and community building may occur.
2. To learn and apply an emergent leadership and learning mode.
3. To reflect on other current thinking regarding leadership and change.
4. To develop strategies and plans for sharing workshop learning at home.
5. To develop the use of art and different learning modalities as key components in the learning process.
6. To generate information and feedback that will be used to inform the design for Workshop5.

Workshop 4 Expectations:

1. We will start all sessions on time.
2. Participants will have seen Foster and Bosserman's videos.
3. Be present.
4. Use active listening.
5. Show respect, engage all participants.
