  • How do you see the relevance for your initiative?
  • How could this artistic offering inform the artistic dimensions of your initiative?

8:45 – 9:30:  Home Team Reflection

  • Identify and post three learnings from Workshop #4 that have begun to impact how you view your leadership initiative
  • Determine a word or picture that captures the essence of your collective learning from Workshop #4 about institutional change and leadership
  • Each participant post on an easel sheet a single "A-Ha!" that you will be taking from this workshop

10:15 - 11:15:  Home Team Action Planning

What happens back home between now and the next Workshop in April? In relation to each of the four topics, decide WHO will do WHAT by WHEN; the imperative is to make the best use of the time between Workshops for your entire leadership team.

  • Engaging the entire leadership team back home
  • How will you interact with the leadership team back home in order to extend to them your learnings from this Workshop?
  • How will you prepare those attending Workshop #5 to build on these learnings?
  • What is your strategy to insure cumulative learning throughout the leadership team?
  • Identifying experiments that currently exist in your institutions(s), engaging and learning from them.
  • How do you identify others?
  • How do you engage and learn from them?
  • Capturing key concepts that should inform Phase II Proposal.
  • How can you borrow or adapt relevant approaches for your Phase II Proposal?

Capture your plan on an easel to share with another Home Team.

 

11:15 - 11:45:  Projects share action plans

Home-Teams pair-up to act as consultants to each other regarding their back home plans. Each team has 15 minutes to share your action plan, get feedback, respond to questions of other team.
