Moving from the Abstract to the Concrete

Beginning the Transition to Developing Our LINC Phase II Proposal

 
Objectives:

  • To create a safe workshop environment that, at every opportunity, models individual/collective responsibility, optimal learning, experimentation, and community building.
  • To take the abstract learnings about collective leadership and to create opportunities to incorporate these learnings into concrete activities
  • To share our applications of emergent leadership and learning
  • To reflect on others thinking regarding leadership and change
  • To model and develop the use of art and different learning modalities as key components in the learning process
  • To develop strategies and plans for sharing workshop learning at home.
  • To add "Proposal Creating" to the leadership exploration/experimentation intention of LINC Phase I

Expectations:

  • Participants will be engaged in meaningful, respectful, engaging conversations/experiences, using
    • active listening
    • individual/paired/group reflection
    • community-wide sharing
